MASKARADE was trained and shown throughout his show career by Jill Barton among other titles he has been named Canadian Breeders Champion in Pleasure Driving as well as Canadian Breeders Champion Reserve in English Pleasure. He has also competed in Park, Show Hack, Costume and halter.

Maskarade consistently passes on his athletic ability and great temperament to his foals.

ARMANNI ( Maskarade x Anticipation ) Bay gelding now owned by the Lowry family of Grimsby. Armanni has begun his show career with great success in the very competitive hunter classes, both Arabian and open. A true athlete with a lovely disposition, Armanni doubled as the Easter Bunny at his barns Easter celebrations.

INCOGNEETO ( Maskarade x Sierra Sensation ) Chestnut 1999 gelding owned by Jill Barton. The current star of our barn Incognito, we call him Boo, has his Dads disposition and style and moms size and colour, as well as great movement from both parents. His mom is Jill's National Showhorse mare making Boo 3/4 Arabian and 1/4 Saddlebred. Boo watches everyone's training sessions so intently were are convinced he will know everything when his time comes. If your interested in a future showhorse with a lovely disposition, Boo would like to meet you.

MASKARADE offers discriminating breeders type, action, a wonderful disposition and a World Class pedigree, a grandson of both Russia's great NABEG and of *BASK++, the most important stallion in the modern history of the breed. There is a theory that the fourth generation ( i.e.: the line with eight horses in it ) is the most important in a pedigree as the horse before you is the sum total of those eight and that any weakness in that line is most undesirable. It is interesting that in his ' eight horse line ' Maskarade boast two of Russia's most important chief stallions, the great Witraz of Poland, and US Top Ten Park horse Aarief himself an influential sire. The mares include not only Balalajka, but two top producing daughters of Mammona and in tail female Wirdih Jameel who when bred to *Bask++ produced US National Champions Fame and The Judge.
